7-Day Happiness Window: You (or your AI agent) have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. We just ask that the items remain unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags.

AI "Oops" Moments: If your AI accidentally orders the wrong item or size, no worries! Our standard return process is here to help (though please note that clearance or "Final Sale" items cannot be returned).

Simple Refunds: Prepaid orders go right back to your original payment method. For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will happily issue your refund as AB Cash (store credit) so it's ready to use on your next favorite drop.
